Jennifer LeBlanc
CEO and Founder
Jennifer
is a talented marketing
strategist with over 15 years
experience in building
results-driven branding
programs. She has been involved
in numerous brand integration
and brand development
initiatives for high-growth
companies including PeopleSoft (SkillsVillage and Vantive integration) and Nektar (merger of Inhale, Shearwater and Bradford Particle Design). She is known as a visionary leader with a passion for innovation and for getting the job done right and on time.
She drove the successful development of the Nektar brand, following the acquisition of Bradford Particle Design and Shearwater by what was then Inhale Therapeutic Systems. The combined company was renamed and launched as Nektar. Shortly after launch, the internal turmoil was substantially reduced, and within nine months of the launch, brand awareness among customers and prospects was high with 54% unaided awareness among customers and 28% in prospects.
Jennifer has also been responsible for increasing the brand value of many organizations, including the global branding and repositioning of PeopleSoft Global Services. After the brand repositioning, PGS had secured nine deals worth over $5 million each, compared to only one the previous year. This repositioning work helped grow the Global Services organization from a $700M to a $1B division with more than 4,000 employees.
Jennifer takes an innovative, results-oriented approach and is focused on making a significant impact to each of her clients’ businesses. She has published dozens of scientific, environment and health articles for a variety of publications and online media outlets including Discovery Channel Online.
Her first career in the field of environmental biology gave her a depth of scientific and technical experience, including advanced analytical methodologies. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Biology from Queen’s University, Canada, an M.S. in Biology from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and a certificate in BioEntrepreneurship from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
Jennifer is a long-standing member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), Silicon Valley chapter of the AMA, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Women in Consulting, and the Northern California Science Writers Association. Jennifer
previously served on the Board of Wardrobe for Opportunity, a Bay Area nonprofit that provides free clothing and career development support for low-income jobseekers so they can become economically self-sufficient.
She is a published author and speaks on a variety of marketing topics including brand development, effective market positioning and successful brand integration.
Jennifer was recognized in 2007

an award sponsored by Flexperience, in San Francisco.
